Check your key sensor maybe the casing isn't intact thereby making the sensor to shift, which prevent the car from starting..

What you'll do is, whenever you put the keg in the ignition and the security light stops blinking, it shows the sensor is in good position but if it doesn't, the sensor has shifted and there's no way that car would start....

I have an issue with my 2012 Camry. I noticed yesterday that the R sign on the dashboard blinks when I engage the reverse gear and the vehicle jerks when the reverse gear is engaged as well.

I don’t experience that kick when I shift to Drive, it only occurs when Reverse is engaged.

What’s could be the issue please??

Hard starting, it might be from the brainblox,or wrong fuel pump wiring. Open the fuel tank fron inside. Remove the back seat lower,take it off,ud see the small fuel tank enclosure cover,remove it,pry the return inside, slang gently till u disconnect the hose and casing. Look inside the fuel tank,what do u see,look at the casing wiring and check for any modifications or repairs,wrong wiring,loose wiring,check the fuel pump filter,should be goldfish cream or white,if its black dirty and blocked then ud found 1 of the culprits..pls for now don't allow any baztad go to starter,fusebox,brainbox,alternator,battery,etc. Abeg first do what I said and get back to me. So we can take it
