According to rumour, it is the first building built in the now State Secretariat complex of Rivers state, the structure is still standing strong and is in use till today.

Some parts of the building has offices that are still in Use but the structure is slowly crumbling.

OP If you must use somebody's work at least reference your source properly. Stating only the photographer's name ain't enough when you clearly know his blog page but rather state your site as the source. The author of those pictures is a friend and he's not pleased.
