But they already have wells. Africans know how to look for water. Boreholes are even impractical in villages if they don’t have electricity and cannot get generator to pump water. This is why wells are excellent.

Now, you have to understand NGO’s and how they operate. If you want donations you have to come up with a pitiful plot and story. Africa is an excellent choice. In the past they will go to villages and find small kids playing. You know how small kids used to run around naked or they play and their clothes are dirty. They will hold like 3 and shoot video. The wife left him or was hospitalized, I don’t remember now. He’s now facing prosecution. No, I don’t think they knew. Some of the women have gotten divorced.
