LIE mohammed said worse things during GEJ's regime yet nobody threatened him. I hardly hear of these two companies recruit experienced hands. All I see every year is advert for Fresh Graduates. Pls do they recruit experienced Staff especially those with higher degrees (Msc, PhD) as they do for fresh graduates annually?

During Jonathan's regime you didn't remember it was misfortune that was befalling your country, hence you were shouting crucify him, crucify him. Now Buhari is in power the blame has been shifted. Hypocrisy of the highest order.

APC is a big fraud. Buhari has not awarded a single contract since his assumption of office. All he knows is to arrest Metu, Dasuki, Nnamdi Kanu and other perceived enemies. The economy is dying on average daily basis. No economic team in place, even with his zero understanding of the nation's economy he has deemed it necessary to appoint a Special Adviser on Economic matters . Buhari is on a vendetta and that is his one point agenda.

I was in your shoes before and I am still going through some tougher challenges as a man because I am currently aspiring higher levels in life. It will be a story someday. I don't want to ask you what the probem is because I did my first degree in a State University and Federal University for my second degree. So I can make a comparative analysis of the two. Some State Universities in Nigeria can frustrate somebody and have also succeeded in killing some people's destiny due to corruption and all sorts of sharp practices by the authorities, which makes reward for hardwork difficult. One thing I want you to put at the back of your mind is that God is not ignorant of your situation. Don't be deterred. God has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. Keep pulling through and keep pushing on.

What is the meaning of bank reserves in the financial world?..
some said.. Required reserves,
some said... Excess reserves
some said both.
This was borne out of the first step to be taken in the Monetary transmission policy which says;
Central bank reserve reduces bank reserves..

Bank reserves or required reserve ratio is the amount of money that banks keep intact. That is, they do not lend it to customers. It is usually deposited with the central Bank. It is like saying " out of your 100k salary, you should spend only 70k and keep the remaining 30k " You are not expected to lend the 30k to your friends, parents, relatives or even your wife. So the 30k that should be kept intact is your reserve/required reserve ratio.

The implication of this is that, if the Bank reserve is high, banks will have little to lend to customers and low reserve means more cash for lending.
