We live in an era of 3rd wave feminism .The phenomenon is more prevalent in Europe&north America.its no more about egalitarianism but total absolute dominance now .It's the fact that women are now focused on totally overhauling the balance of societies gender politics.with female centric laws been passed everywhere .
The fairy little princess want to eat there cakes and have it.The entire family structure is been destroyed by biased divorce laws designed to destroying men financially and crippling the relationship they have with there kids.
Many men are now frustrated choosing to go there own ways rather than be slave to the current status quo(marriage life/spousal partnership).
Many feel it's no longer worth it to get married only for the woman to oneday decided she is no longer in love (no fault divorce/ irreconcilable difference) and splits with the house, the kids and 50-80% (on alimony &child support)of your finances.

While it's very logical to assume Ronaldo is gay and only wants to secure his legacy with offsprings, you should also consider that marriage is not for everyone. At least half of them don't work.
He probably understands the direction of today's gender politics & gender power dynamics which is why he's is making a smarter move to dodge the bullet.

It appears DSTV has temporarily blocked Nigerians from watching the game on the only channel(AIT) showing it . This is probably because non of DSTV's sports channels (super sports) bought the viewing rights to show the women's world cup in African countries.I don't know what rights AIT has to show this game, but as a Nigerian I don't care. This is a spit on the face of football loving Nigerians by yet another southafrican company. When will this craziness stop? When will Nigeria come through with a strong/reliable competition to DSTV monopoly. This guys are trampling on us both home and in their own country.

Igbo people are true Nigerians like any other nation(or Tribes) in our great country. It's time to quite all xenophobia and Negative stereotypes perpetrated against Them. I acknowledge they contribute alot to this country culturally ,economically and in all other aspect so we should all appreciate that. & yep, As a Yoruba man, i won't mind seeing an Igbo person(male/female) in Aso rock in the nearest future. Its time for Nigerians to grow up and understand we're all in this together.
