So this evening I discovered my flash charge wasn't working ... I tried everything till no avail until I discovered the USB was the problem then I used methylated spirit I soaked in a tooth brush to wipe both edges of the USB and it worked like magic my flash charge is now working

I had same problem. The phone will eventually not charge at all after a few weeks. Took mine to carlcare and it was repaired only for it to spoil again abt 3 months later.

I wonder why they are thinking calling your selves carlcare, the right is carluncare, and it is not a service center. So I bought a phone of 43k and after 5 months you want me to give you guys 36k to change parts? SMH... If you want to retain your name start by training you customer service agent

At calcare I took my infinix X551 TO one of your centers in Enugu, Ogbete Tecno building Enugu, on September because of flashing charging issues, 2 weeks and some days it was returned and the fault rectified by ending of November it stopped flash charging taking almost 8 hours to get fully charged, I took it back again only for the same that collected my phone the previous time to ask me to bring receipt I used in purchasing the phone from Konga online market, or I should pay N16300. It is really annoying for you guys to demand money for repair of phone still under warranty, and this is a software issue not that it is a fault from the customer. I have to get a Gionee original charger adding it to my infinix charger to be sure it is not from charger but phone problem. Please the issue of flash charging is what is attracting prospective customers to you guys, u guys should try to live up to the caring ability of repairing and maintaining you preach.

check if your charger flash charge's another phone if ti does then its hardware problem
