It could also be from one of the financial institutions he is banking with. Sometimes, they call to ask after one's rating(s) on the level of services they're rendering.

OP, if it's something related to job, the caller will definitely call back.

Hahahaha. Funny 6fit. I am not the caller but I'm familiar with the number, that's all.

Truecaller sees the number as spam....many people have listed the number as spam....dont fret, no job opportunities missed.

Calm down op, I once got a call from the same number, they flashed though and I called back. The said the recruit for companies, I told them the position I needed and they said the position wasn't vacant. They asked if I was interested in call center agents vacancies and shii, they would lure you into it and ask you to pay training fees.
What made me conclude my mind on them was that the same number frequently flashes my dad and ofcourse he's not searching for a job. They are scam Bro, so don't bother yourself.

Even when I call back, I only got charged from the second I dial
