are u out of ur mind? Don't even be deceived that those in pvt Universities are richer than fed university, some people go to pvt uni because they didn't meet the cut off requirement of a federal university, strike issues, etc, not because they are very rich to spend 1m in a pvt uni.

Also some people in federal uni have stupendous money but will never go to a pvt school because the quality of learning there can't be compared to most federal schools.
