How? Even with the CHAN team he managed he couldn't make it pass the group stage......

Former Super Eagles Captain, Sunday Oliseh has this to say in his years as the coach of Fortuna Sittard.

He said, “What started as a mission to save a club near extinction, has grown into a club that can now dream of the 1st division football .

In almost one and half years in charge of Fortuna Sittard, this is what God has blessed Us with in figures.

God is really great and works in mysterious ways. Thanks to my players and the lovely fans and people of Sittard for their love and support.

Voted best Coach of the Dutch Jupiler League

Saved the team from relegation to the 3rd Division in a phenomenal way even though 9 points were deducted from the club on financial irregularities by the Dutch Football Federation.

In 14 months in charge, took team from 19th position to 1st position
We won the Club’s first trophy/title in 23 years on the 12th of January 2018 (the Lucrative Period’s Title)

Qualified team for season ending playoffs into the Ere Divisie (First Division)
Helped produce a player, sold for I believe, over 2.5 million Euros to Ajax Amsterdam in Perr Schuurs.

Team’s performance helped raise the spectators to the Fortuna stadium from around 950 spectators to 8,000 spectators with its huge financial benefits to the club

Record breaking first coach to ever win 8 consecutive “home” games in Fortuna Sittard

Record breaking first coach ever in the club’s history to win 7 consecutive games (21 points from 21)

Adjudged as the Fortuna coach with best average points per game since 1980 (38 years)

African Guardiola aka Master tactician.

I hope he gets another chance with the Super Eagles.

Which one? When I know he was not the reason behind our growth. As far as I am concerned, he was a backward pull of the growth we would have attained.

Guy let's not argue on this, Rohr is gone enjoy the team

There's nothing undue..

About being the highest goalscorer in the history of the U17 World Cup..

To whom much is given..

Much is expected..

Or you think that's an easy achievement?

And even with his injuries..

Osimehn was adamant about coming to the AFCON..

He UNILATERALLY declared himself fit..

Against his clubs wishes..

Until COVID struck..

I fail to see how that equates with the Dennis scenario..

Intelligent people read between the lines and converge the rhetoric with actions.

Declaring yourself fit after multiple fractures in on your face unilaterally is not act of commitment. When you know you will NEVER be released to play.

A lot of your fans will think it great but people who hi beyond the superficial will see it for what it is.

This is why we will win the AFCON. We don't have our best players, but not having a single stand-out player makes everyone play for the team. What we have is a good team all round without necessarily looping long balls to Osimhen and inshalllah like we have been doing for the past two years under Rohr.

If we can sustain this momentum, we will be a difficult team to beat going into the world cup and we could replicate Ghana's 2010 performance. Surprisingly it's not even us noticing it, it is our Ghanaian brothers.

We've all pointed out how Nwankali haven't impressed so far. I however do hope that if he puts in a good performance today, we are honest enough to admit it.

Leave that side. Osimhen was totally committed to the team and the club new it. That was why even someone suggested suing Osimhen if he insists on going.

No one can deny Osimhen's commitment.

Being one of footed is not an added advantage its a clear disadvantage.

I said being good with both feet is an added advantage in football, not a necessity.

Lionel Messi being one-footed doesn't make him less of a quality player.

Even if your latent bias means you can't give up the opportunity to contend with my view point at the slightest opportunity.

But at least let there be some rational to your contribution.

I was responding to the shameless bigoted disinformation and misinformation given by IDENNA. When he called George Abbey foreign born and as such hates him essentially. That's the substance of my write up that you responded too.

Once again what on earth is your point ❓You are not making any sense at all

You mentioned Ruben Abbey. I took it steps further by mentioning other foreign born or dual nationality players who have done well for us and therefore nullifying his point but you will not calm down to read and understand.

Everybody has bias except you.

It helps to rewatch matches. There is less emotions and you can be more analytic. Do that and you'd see Sadiq hasn't been bad
It's never ceases to amaze me how on a second view what we consider terrible play looks fair. Sadiq has not been as bad as people make it look. Thing is that his style puts people off.

Wow not bad. I only wonder why Peter Olayinka is on the bench for Sadiq. Coach really wants to give Sadiq more chances to prove himself.

I honestly believe the coach wants to give Ndidi a shot as a mobile defensive midfielder.

This is a good chance to experiment tactics without risking much.

Left to Rohr there would have been a lot more Nigerian origin players from England in the team.

But the NFF hierarchy and a number of coaches kicked against it.

You mean we could have gone further to roll more carpets than only the red carpet we rolled?

This is getting interesting.

Can you brief me on who and who would have been added and how they were worked against please since you have details about it?

Your last paragraph is a lie..

Osimhen only got one call up while he was still struggling with Wolfsburg and that was for the game against South Africa in Uyo.. That call up had little or no impact on his career progression because it wasn't until August of 2018 that he moved to Belgium..His next call up came after his impressive season in Belgium kicked off..
There are plenty of players who have used the national team to boost their careers, but Osimhen isn't one of them..

You contradict yourself you say it's a lie. If you want to be specific and factual you should state the dates and times.

First of all without his accolades in the national U17 where do you think he would be ?

One call up is still a call up , UNJUSTIFIABLE as it was. His first call up in June 2017 was not really justified, His second call up in November 2018 Uganda is open to question because he had played just a handful of games and had not really been outstanding YET.

Nonetheless, Osimhen overcame adversity to succeed, he took my advice it seems. Dropped to a lower league and club, learned and develop then rise. I always say be outstanding in your league and club.

He then moved to Lille and the rest is history.

In current times or since he left Wolfsburg, l can agree with you that the SE had little or nothing to do with his progression.

I am not comfortable about the idea of resting most of the starters. I hope Eguavoen’s plan is to bring them on later in the game. Our starters need more games to really gel before the knock out stages.
He may not see this game as a very good test for the lads even in a resounding win.
Well, we’ll see i how they can pull a good win.
