I never said it is stupid setting up academies the way they do in europe. they set-up academies and leagues in different sports to engage the children, teenagers, youths e.t.c. to provide jobs and scholarships for them at a very young age which in turn reduces the number of unemployed youths and people in the country and this ensures that they ( the indigenes ) don't end up as gangsters, thugs and unproductive youths..
