Bascovanveli, do u have highlights of Kano Pillars vs Dakkada game played this evening?
I read from the match report that Dakkada sckred a last minute goal which was cancelled after the referee "consulted" with his linesmen..
It seems like the powers that be don't want Pillars to be relegated... Ever since they were banned from Sani Abacha stadium, their true colour has been displayed for all to see......

Club owners don suspect the surajo guy. That Linesman feared for his life thus the change of decisions, which is all still within the frames of terror and human error, this time, deliberate. Its time to take such powers away from the refs with var. Clean and sweet goal turn offside cos dem give am Brock Lesnar for head. The rules of where to stand during a match too needs be enforced. So disorganized mehn. Very pissed.

Serbia & Switzerland will defeat the Super Eagles not to talk of Cameroon.

Relax we are as average as Serbia, Poland and Switzerland. We are pure average with them.
We may edge Komekn British teams excluding England. But we are slightly better than Wales, Scotland, michael obafemi's Ireland and North Ireland

Senegal have a few great players no doubt but as a team I personally think they are a bit overrated. The AFCON they won the only reasonable team they faced they struggled to beat. The same Egypt Nigeria beat and restricted to only 2 shots on target.

Senegal should be able to advance past the group stage but if they start slowly like they did at the AFCON they will be shocked.

we play better against European teams at the World Cup, Denmark aside the other European teams tend to find it tough against us. On the other hand we always find it tough against South American teams

Hey, thanks Yinkeys... I like this clubs badge lineup below only for the puzzle fun ofcos and also for how it shows just how high quality the Senegalese line up boast players from high profile clubs across Europe.

After playing on loan at the Craven Cottage two seasons ago under Scott Parker, the Cherries want a reunion of the manager and the Super Eagles star

Ola Aina may be looking at reuniting with his former manager at Bournemouth ahead of the new season.

Scott Parker last season helped the Cherries earn promotion back to the Premier League and is backed to invest solidly in the team.

Aina, who had a topsy-turvy season the last term has his eyes set on a Premier League return after struggling to become favourite at Torino following his decision to go to the AFCON earlier in the year.

The former Chelsea player eyes a Premier League return also as England is home for him.

Parker is also looking to reinforce his defense according to hitc and considers the versatile Aina as a good fit for the club as he can play a range of positions in different systems.

There is also Dominic Solanke in the team, and he was Aina’s teammate at the Chelsea Academy and may be a good presence for the Nigerian.

Has one of the best free-kick technique I've seen outside freestylers.

Paraguay ? Beat a very strong Bulgaria in 94, beat a very strong Spain in 98, unfortunate to loose to Sweden then drew a very good England team with an inexperienced squad in 2002. We’ve lost games against European teams but most were either unfortunate or very tough games unlike all the Argentina defeat and the Paraguay defeat, e dey be like walkover

Almost all the South American countries we have played except for Venezuela have beaten us. Only victory we got were against Argentina and Venezuela. Unlike many European countries we've faced and defeated.

Both Dare and Kida are the same... Dare is acting power drunk, while Kida is just incompetent, having been in the NBBF since 1995 as a board member... They both should get out..

I dunno how FIBA rule work, but I remember that prior to the start of the AFCON qualifiers, Mauritius were chosen to replace Sao Tome and Principe after the later were banned for fielding an ineligible player.. Apparently,Sao Tome appealed the decision and they were reinstated for the qualifier, so maybe it isn't too late for FIBA to accept us back ,since the tournament is about 3 months away... The girls deserve to be there...

concerning the reference to Sao Tome been reinstated to group state after been disqualified earlier on

with FIBA replacing us with Mali is a difference

1 > We're the one who pulled out (Ban ) ourselves from the world cup, that why FIBA have to replace us with Mali

2 > Sao Tome was Disqualified in the first place due to the complain lay by Mauritius ( COVID test results stuff...) so Sao tome appeal the Decision and won, so they reinstated them back to our Group

the summary b say

na we Pull out of the FIBA by ourselves, so Fiba con replace us with another team (MALI) , that means to say we cannot participate again, maybe next edition

My hope is that it was part of the agreement with fiba. I give FIBA credit because FIFA wouldn't have given us time of day after the ban. Now someone needs to beg Kalu to come back.

Exactly... individually, Senegal has great players but collectively, there is a synergy missing.

Miguel Azeez has been linked with a departure from Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

According to Sky Sports, three La Liga clubs are interested in signing the Hale End Academy product and one of those clubs is thought to be newly promoted Girona.

Azeez is angling for a move away from the Emirates Stadium - be it permanent or temporary - due to a lack of first team opportunities.

Arsenal's recent capture of Fabio Vieira from Porto will push the Anglo-Spanish-Nigerian starlet further down the pecking order of midfielders.

Per the report, the Gunners higher-ups are planning to hold talks with Azeez before deciding whether to retain him as a fringe player in the first team next season or loan him out to continue his development.

The 19-year-old spent the first half of last season on loan at League One club Portsmouth, making ten appearances in total before he was recalled in the January transfer window.

Azeez has not featured for Arsenal's first team since making his professional debut in a Europa League clash versus Dundalk in December 2020.

Kalu doesn't need to be begged to come back. Her statement was misconstrued and she clarified almost immediately. Her reference to her not putting on the Nigerian jersey was centred around timelines. She's 28 now, and by implication if we had gone on with the self ban, plus the expected four year ban FIBA will place on us, she'll be 34 by the time we return to international basketball.

Asides the fact that those girls are passionate about playing for Nigeria, they gain more career wise playing for the country despite our challenges.
