I am not judging nor rating him based on few games in Belgium and the ucl but what he has been doing since making the leap to top flight football about 2 seasons ago. Hv seen him play few times and must confess he is talented and good enough for a place in the super eagles squad. I never insinuated that he will dislodge any of iwobi, ndidi or even aribo at the moment but good enough to serve as an understudy to the trio especially ndidi

Consider me completely ignorant of Onyeka.

Having that in mind with the premise that consistent outstanding top level performance in your club and league are the only basis for national team selection.

Educate me about Onyeka sincerely please

I kinda like the reports flying around about Val being included in the latest but yet to be unveiled squad.

With further development,he would be a good deputy for Bassey in the LCB.
As for the RCB, I was tipping Awaziem until he ran away to Croatia grin. Ekong is warming the bench in the championship while Balogun is edging closer to retirement.

Ajayi? Of course.

Alhasan and Onyedika should be a no brainer.

This might looks funny but how about we contact Flo and Arthur?

Kelechi Nwakali is a highly talented player no doubt
and there has always been this high expectation around him.
It was always expectation that he will come through one day. But.... his development doesn't just seem right. With the kind of expectations placed on him years back he should be up there with the likes of Osimhen and Chukwueze by now. Boy should have been the Super Eagles main man in the midfield. But...……... undecided Too bad.

No he is not.

Talent is expressed, proven and after 7 years it should be established but rather the opposite.

He's done NOTHING for 7 years

Raphael Onyedika's former club, FC Midtjylland of Denmark humbled Lazio from Serie A 5-1 today.

Danish Vawulence in the Europa League.

Lazio felt "Immobile" today. grin

As far as he has been here na only these words we know him for: Prejudice, Emotive negative bias, foreign-born. Ask him to name players na the same set of players he go dey mention. grin

The phrase in the bold is not part of my diction so your WRONG.

I also say "It's better to be a Lion in a lower club and league than an anonymous mouse in a top club and league"

To mention just one of my many propositions.

You do me a disservice, you are limiting me .

And who are the same set of players l keep mentioning ❓don't just make a statement birthed from your own self birthed perceptions. Be substantive like I am.

He said one of Jay's best games. Considering the level of the opposition and how Jay stood out in that midfield, maybe his opinion isn't farfetched. He did have a good game in this match. Created two good chances for his striker that wasn't converted, out of nothing. He also helped to hold our midfield with his control, ball hogging, and creating passing options for our defenders by coming deep to collect the ball.

Iwobi does some of those functions (definitely not at Jay's level though) in our current GWG set-up except for mainly the long passes and outside shots. Hopefully we will be seeing more of Iwobi as a CM/AM going forward.

I had to ask man

Transfer market website Transfermarkt has updated the market values of some players in the English Premier League.

According to the latest update published on Thursday, September 15, the market value of Leicester City star Wilfred Ndidi has dropped for the first time since March 10, 2021.

The Super Eagles star is now valued at 50 million euros, reduced by 10 million euros, compared to his valuation on June 15, 2022.

Ndidi is the most valuable player in the Leicester City squad and second when it comes to players classed as Nigerians.

The former Genk ace is the sixth most expensive defensive midfielder in the world, ranking higher than Chelsea trio Jorginho (€40m), N'Golo Kante (€40m) and Denis Zakaria (€27m).

He is also more valuable than two of the best defensive-minded players in the Premier League in Arsenal duo Thomas Partey (€38m) and Granit Xhaka (€25m).

It is believed that Ndidi's market value dropped because he did not have a spectacular season in 2021-2022, missing the tail end of the campaign due to injury, and he has been inactive for the national team since January.

The Nath Boys product has less than two years to run on his contract with Leicester City.

Lol .It isn't that bad looking..
I particularly like the away kit..At least we will finally get to have a proper white away kit not that bitter leaf own..
I know chief icon4s will be pleased about that grin.
Our home kit has always been green on green and away kit has always been all white or white on green.

I still find it hard accepting that lemon color for Home jersey and deep green for away jersey.

Our national colors are green and white and our national jerseys should reflect that.

To be honest, Nike went off board with that design, but it was beautiful and we'll accepted... I think the success of the 2018 kit inspired them to continue with the same design for the 2020 own .
Thank God we now have a plain white away jersey ..

Maybe we will debut it against Algeria

A Stunning beauty from Boniface. Involved in starting the buildup to the goal and wrapped it up with a combination of Speed, ball intelligence, Space exploitation IQ, Strength, Skill, Finishing and Ambipedality.

A strongly right footed player who finished beautifully with his LEFT FOOT. Outstanding.

What about the here and now?

After 7 years of proven, confirmed and long term established mediocrity.

Should we conclude that after 5 games in the lowly Segundo division with a low level team he is now Paul Pogba Absolutely not. he has done little or nothing, he should be delisted and forgotten untill he does something of outstanding substance consistently for a whole season.

And if you make comparison to other players he is too far behind to be even looked at

We should of that were the case invite every player who has played 5 games in any league to the national team, that would be ludicrous.
