His goal is to knock out Mo salah from the champions league 😂

Why mane own na to call board to sack his coach 😂

He should go ahead and win the ucl

Vini and salah shouldn’t be on the same sentence ,a worst salah is a better player than vini

Individually salah wins
This is 💯 true I don’t disagree with this

But I’ll lean towards vini on this because his team always finds a way to scale through.
And that’s all that matters.

I can guess you are a teenager. Even our worst team has never lost 4nil to any team at a World Cup tournament.
Our boys has nothing at stake. Even playing the friendly match hurt them badly. Why play when I am not going to the World cup? Only matured minds will understand!
The same Portugese team that the Ghanaians almost defeated and eliminated by Morocco. Dey play

I’ll be 13 on September 15 😂

Uefa Number 1
Africa number 2
South America number 3
Asia number 4
North America number 5

Correct

But I fear our African stars are ageing

But they've got the experience on their side

Although, he was talking about African teams!
However, do you sincerely think Portugal will beat us if that was a World cup game?
Even that game could have easily being 2-2. If Dennis had scored that PK and Chuz scored the 1v1 minutes latter!
I am sure you did not watch the friendly match self!
The way some of you guys reason here self, shaa!

Lol.
Leave what would have been and focus on what is.
Anyone that has a different opinion from yours about a particular match certainly did not watch the match according to you. It's the manner you reason that rather calls for concern.

Remo Stars' Beyond Limits FA in the 2023 Generation Adidas Cup

They would be repping Nigeria at this prestigious youth tournament featuring the youth sides of Man Utd, Club America, Flamengo, Boca Juniors just to mention a few.

Watch out for Gifted youngsters like Promise Meliga and Aierhi Kparobo. U17 lads with huge potentials.

Tournament starts today and they are led by their sound tactician and Coach, Olumide Ajibolade.

A small piece I posted on Meliga last year. Also name dropped Kparobo in the piece.

TheSuperNerd:

Naija Talents Watch: Promise Meliga, 15yrs, Beyond Limits Academy/Remo Stars

Highly talented yet frail looking. His potentials and possible levels of talent growth is obviously tied directly to how fast he physically develops. The physically smallest of his mates yet hugely talented.

A forward thinking player who excels anywhere across the final third as an attacking midfielder, winger or forward. As his development continues, his most preferred role will become much clearer.

A lad tipped for great things but needs more time to make the step up physically like the likes of Chigozie Ohamesi and Ariehi Kparabo (2 other young talents and mates of Meliga who are physically more mature for now).

Remember the name.

Yep. It's true. Could be out for 20 days or maybe less. And it's Adductor not "abductor". Two different muscle groups with their distinct functions.

Watching this City vs Liverpool just proves that na carpenter be our SE coach. See how the Liverpool wingers are pressing, while the midfielders are blocking city's next line of pass.

The interchange between Jota and Salah too.

Definitely 50% understanding each other and 50% Discipline

Just look at the quick transition buildup from right to left for that Alvarez goal. Beautiful.

Mahrez penetrates from the far right into the right halfspace in the final third against a backtracking Liverpool defence. Finds Gundogan centrally between the lines who quickly and intelligently sends it to the far left to an unmarked Grealish who put it on a plate for Alvarez to Bury.

The quickness in that attacking transition play and the passing flow. Brilliant. We can do this. We have the players for this but our coaches just aren't hammering the need to consistently transit like this as a team in the final third.

Quick transitions help you gain some advantage numerically against a team whose rest defence has been weakened due to a turnover against the opposition in midfield or near the final third.

Timing is still everything in football.
