sorry for my error, we truly need two more points

The important thing is not to lose against Zambian. If we draw, the maximum points Zambia will have is 11pts same as us even if we lose against Algeria in the final game. Whatever yardstick is then used, head to head or GD (we would most likely qualify). But if we lose to Zambia, then the margin must be slim and we must then beat Algeria in Algiers.

I was worried this would happen. Damn Zambians!! We have to be careful with these guys next month.

with a draw in uyo, zambia can't have more than 10 points and Nigeria will already be on 11 points

Yes.

But what if Nigeria loses in Algeria, and Zambia beat Cameroon in Lusaka? Guess what, Zambia would then clinch the ticket.

So, the SE need to go out for the win on October 7.

zambia be having false hope now. c unless they injure moses and mikel, they can never win us in uyo. pls lets even remember they shiver when they see Iwobi on the pitch. i think we should relax jare. knowing fully well that algeria is in the bag already.

Nigeria still qualifies with superior goal difference.

Yeah we definitely had confidence when we faced SA a couple of months back.

The issue is there must be no room for complacency, we must go all guns blazing and approach the Chipolopolo the same way we dealth with Algeria and Cameroun. But if we play with the mindset of we are there, anything can happen o

The Zambia would come to play for 3 Points while we only need a Point in Uyo. Then why are we having a sleepless Night?!

If we can mercilessly beat our biggest Rival on the Continent, also an African Champion, then why are we crying too early now?! LOL!

You are right, the same Zambia we beat at home.

The same Gabon, CIV beat 3-0 at home in Gabon beat CIV with 10 men for most of the 2nd half right in Abidjan. No complacency, the job is far from finished.

Just thinking.....

Assuming our first goal against Cameroon, yesterday, was rightly disallowed because Ighalo was offside, and Cameroon hung on to a 1-0 win; we would really be sweating profusely. Now that offside goal is looking more precious by the minute.

Didn't you get the Drill?! Zambia must come out to Attack us, coz they must get 3 Points in Uyo..... that's a big Advantage technically to Nigeria to exploit and decimate them.

How France missed 1994 world cup.
France needed a win in their last 3 games to qualify which included 2 home games.
The first was home game against Israel. France was leading 2:1 until the last 7min when Israel equalised and went on to win.
The next game France drew away from home.
In the last game, a draw would have been enough but they conceded a 90min goal to end 1:2 against Bulgaria.

This is for those thinking it is over. No team is a pushover. Who says Zambia, cannot win in Nigeria? Who says Nigeria will find it easy beating Algeria away from home?

Except the players fight as they did in Uyo, there's no guarantee.
