According to scorenigeria, ac Milan will not let Victor Eletu come for the u20 world cup. I don't understand u20 is a FIFA recognized tournament but scorenigeria says it is not that recognized and FIFA laws is on the side of ac Milan.
I mean he will get global exposure there. They claim he will be busy.
Nff should try and negotiate with them.
Anyway this shows he is a serious talent

More reasons why Bosso's list is depressing. The only truly good names in that foreign pros list may likely not even make it yet he didn't make it a list of our truly finest U20s.

The only new name there who may come good in terms of adding some value to the team in the middle is Tochukwu Nnadi.

The likes of Ologo and Ogwuche aren't new. Both are defenders and were part of the team prior to the U20 Afcon and were at the Afcon proper.

Bosso didn't do justice to the foreign pros list. He called a mix of few good sparks and bang average baggage.

We have the likes of Krasnodar duo, Ifeanyi David Nduka and Jonathan Okoronkwo; Hamzat Ojediran based in Hungary and Rafiu Durosinmi of Viktoria Plzen. All eligible and active talents who can come in and raise the quality of the team. He ignores them or maybe just don't know about them.

Instead the list has Olubi who is unattached and a bunch of other averages.

There is a certain Babatunde Akinsola in real vallodolid.
He made their bench in the last match and he is highly rated.
There is Thompson Ishaka of Rangers
Bosso refused to call them.
Nff is cull of corrupt and incompetent coaches and administrators.
They are so corrupt they are trying to fustrate the effort of
football academies that constantly produce good players for our national teams

This is not ignorance but sheer corruption, mediocrity and short sightedness.
The corrupt coaches and administrators will be exposed with the passage of time.
They are getting outdated by the day.
By the time these players hit the big leagues of Europe it will be ridiculous not to call them.
I think their generation need to die away.
Besides, most Nigerian coaches lack knowledge of modern football tactics and
so their players are poorly trained.
It shows in npfl players. Talented but badly trained and very raw.
They have been damaged by their coaches.
A generation of bad leaders has to die away in Nff or get replaced as soon as possible.
Their brains are just horrible

Excuse moi? Which Saka was it that scored against Liverpool, Man U, and Man City earlier in the season Afeez Ayetoro?

Free the boy. Yes he's been poor in the last few games but undoubtedly Bukayo has been one of the best if not the best player for Arsenal this season.

He has not been poor, just set such a high standard for himself, it look like he is poor BECAUSE he has not been EXCELLENT.

that guy is overrated. Have never been a fan of he’s

Just good at the basics in he’s position. No flair, bite and fades away easily when it matters most. IMHO he will make a good left back than a right winger

Chukwueze better pass that guy abeg

Another that is useless in that arsenal team is zinchenko. He leaves he’s position and run to the midfield, another one wey dey vex me where me Dey be say dem Dey dribble am easily 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Arsenal should get a proper left back next season and push him to the midfield mk em go there dey run circles since wey em think say na kimmich em be🤣🤣🤣

Your have joined AY and I go Dye to do comedy, very funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

For one to get into the NFF board is not an easy feat. You have to start from your state. Lobby the governor or an influential politician so you can be nominated for elections into your state FA board. From then it’s Regional politics to eg South West or South East or South South region politics. If you can navigate that, you will be nominated to represent your region in the NFF. Lots of bottle necks.

It's difficult for me to be pleased with this list.

What is the selection criteria ❓

How objective and measured where the key performance indicators used to appraise players ❓

Most of England U20 players will have already played a few seasons of first team football not just academy youth players.

That not withstanding I don't know any Premier league academy that will not have several Nigerian origin players from the age of 16-20 .

However, the NFF seem to have found only one, Eeeee no make sense.

It depends on how we’re rating them. Are we ranking them based on club or country exploits? For example, if we’re rating them based on club exploits, I would pick
1) Osimehn - Top performance at multiple clubs in the big 5 including leading a team to their first league title in over 30 years and playing a pivotal role. In addition to that, he has the highest ever market value for any Nigerian striker EVER.

2) Obafemi martins
3) Yakubu
4) Yekini
5) Ighalo
6) Emenike

Yekini club exploit isn’t highly rated than the aforementioned because he mostly performed at Lower league compared to the others listed…

For Country
1) Yekini - Multiple ANC top scorer Award and present all time Nigeria Top scorer
2) Emenike - Qualified us for the World Cup, and most importantly won the ANC
3) Yakubu - Qualified us for a World Cup and one of our highest goal scorers
4) Obafemi martins - Qualified us for the World Cup
5) Ighalo - Qualified us for a World Cup
6) osimehn- he has to Qualify us for a World Cup, Win an ANC title and perform exceptionally for Nigeria to become Number 1.

When judging a player talent/capability, the most important leverage is QUALITY not QUANTITY. For example, Emenike is listed as number 2 based on SE performances and higher than players has superior goal aggregate because he WON for Us

Give Osimhen the type of wingers and MF Yekini and co had. Including the nature of passes they get from other players. This your Qualified us for World cup thing go change. Fact is Osihmen is unlucky coming into SE at this time. Give Osihmen prime Mikel, Victor Moses with Ideye sef playing behind him, make we check something.

It's crazy how Newcastle haven't even spent as much as most thought they would but here they are sitting 3rd on the EPL table.

Is it that the players were afraid of better players coming in to displace them and then decided to improve?

Is it that lots of money have been spent on better training equipment and facilities?

Is it the effect of that new confidence/high that comes with becoming rich?

Or could it be that Eddie Howe is just a coach who's beginning to show his true worth?

Whatever the case may be, I'm really happy for them. I never expected them to experience success so quickly.
