I usually like underdogs but I don't just like these ones at Afcon - Cape Verde, EQG, Mauritania etc. I need them bundled out of the competition. They appear to be upstarts in my eyes. Make them dey go house make men jam body.
i love underdogs like Malawi,Namibia,Lesotho🤪😃

The Ghanaian prophet that accurately predicted Ghana's opening match result and their early exit had predicted before afcon also that an unexpected team will win the afcon, and that it will be an afcon of surprises. And it's looking like it ladies and gentlemen

Not same prophet. It was Rev Ogya that said Ghana won't make it out of group stage. It was a guess work, according to him, Egypt will defeat Ghana and kudus will be disgraced in the encounter. Kudus went to score two goals and the game ended in draw. Gaisie prophecied unexpected country will win AFCON. Gaisie in Ghana is like our Nigeria Primate Ayodele.lol

Quite unfortunate. Houghton has coached at very high levels but the results with Ghana aren't that great.

My opinion- any African team looking for a European coach should make a pick from those familiar with the continent with a decent track record. It makes adaptation easier.

Your write up is emotion laden.

The best thing is to pair Osimhen with Moffi. That's what Osimhen needs right now.

Jp hasn't tried a two man striker in this competition. I think it's the antidote

foreign coaches who can get job done in Africa tournaments if you dont want to hire a local coach👇🏽
Herve reinard(tested and trusted on occasions)

Tom Sanfiet(the current gambian coach is good)

Claude le roy(that old man na wizard)

Gernot rohr( though not that inspiring, but can also do a pretty job, hes been around africa for some years now)

Raul Savouy (current C.A.R coach..that man is on a lowkey good)

Hugo broos(current SA coach tested and trusted)

Paul put(the guy that led B/faso to afcon final 2013..also knows the african way)

Jose Peseiro🤣🤣(if Nigeria enters the final,or even semifinal if una like call P.E teacher he would by then be an African Hot cake🤪🤪)
Add yours to the list😀🙏

My AFCON winner prediction:
1. The eventual winner will come from West Africa
2. The eventual winner is coached by a native of the country

That's poor refereeing to the core.

Whenever a goal is disallowed, the referee raises they hand for offside or touches their other hand for handball until play is restarted.

She just waved play on.

Iheanacho better, benches all of that attack except Lookman and Osimhen

The upsets in this AFCON has spiced it up.

A lot of disrespect from supposed minnows 😁.

At this rate, we could have 2 African sides progress to at least the quarter-finals of the 2026 world cup.

Osimhens hand trapped the ball before d goal. Check it again.
The one I thought should be a goal was d one they said Lookman who was offside interfered with the game.

Make I no talk wetin dey my mind before they will ban me for 100days. Ghana went to world cup with 1 shot at goal which they happened to score. They were out played, out muscled even in their home turf. Ghana became his bride because they hired Chris Houghton. He couldn't even win 1 match. Whoever compares this man to Eguavon should be sent to Gwoza hills and be used as a target practice.

If Nigeria doesn't work on making use of their chances against Cameroon, I fear for them because the Cameroonian team might not be good but they will score goals
