Congratulations to the Super Falcons of Nigeria on their qualification to the 2019 Women’s World Cup!
I love how they dominate Africa. But I need to see that hunger to upset at the World Cup. it's time they get one step ahead. Sick of hearing that same excuse, but sincerely it's the true excuse@preparations and funding.

I hope Pinnick gets it right this time.

Why has that red beret mumbo-jumbo not spoken in quite a while?

For those comparing Chukwueze with Robben stop it angry

Defenders marking him never learn; they keep making their "Coquelin Error" always. grin

Firstly, better is not the question at all.

There is one attribute that he has over KC and that is blistering pace. It means Diabate can keep up with Vardy and complement him.

Also I did not hype Diabate he has a HUGE ADVANTAGE, there is zero expectation on him everything he does is surprising. Because he came from nowhere.

As a result he is getting a lot of media attention and accolades.

However, KC came with a big transfer cost and GREAT EXPECTATION which he simply has not lived up too. That's the plain reality.

Who is better is simply not the question. The more pertinent question is who best fits the needs of Leicester city Who is better for the current needs of Leicester city. KC has to find a way to be bullish and create value for himself. Football is never fair you must take your opportunities and use them.

does this settle the whole thing now?

Chukwueze is just starting. Hopefully, he gets to that level. The potential is there.

From the skin of our teeth, we pulled this off. Cameroun really took the game to us buh we remained resilient. To me, the best team lost buh thats not to take anything away from the falcons. Congrats babes.

Icon4s grin grin

Why you come dey shine teeth?
Sebi you wanted competition so that we will be dethroned? Are you not happy that we won despite the competition?

We have to win this again and even the next one.

The only comparison is that both made their international debut at 19....otherwise as you said Chukwueze is just starting...Robben has gone to three senior world cups...excluding all age group games.

see the nonsense Rashford and Martial played yesterday yet their crappy display wasn't talked about cos Mourinho stole the attention with the smashing bottles.

Iheanacho cannot miss 5 back to back chances in a game like that.

Now only Mbappe is left in that pedestal we place all 3 of them now.

Rashford ko, Rashes ni!

Catch up on the Nigerian players that were on target in matches in the English Football League on Tuesday, November 27.

In League One, Sunderland maintained their second position in the standings after registering a 4-2 win vs Barnsley at the Stadium of Light.

In the 20th minute, Josh Maja put the Black Cats in full control after doubling their advantage, taking his tally to 11 goals in the process.

The 19-year-old had to be substituted in the 59th minute after suffering a slight shoulder injury.

Maja is the top scoring Nigerian player in England's top four tiers ahead of Plymouth's Freddie Ladapo (9 goals), MK Dons' Chuks Aneke (8 goals) and Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham (6 goals).

At Montgomery Waters Meadow, Shrewsbury Town won for the sixth time this season, beating Plymouth Argyle 2-0, with one-time Nigeria Football Federation target Fejiri Okenabirhie scoring in the 68th minute.

The former Arsenal youth-teamer tucked the ball away in to the bottom left of the goal, assisted by Luke Waterfall.

Fejiri Okenabirhie has netted in four successive games for The Blues.

thank you very much very very much
check all my post on this thread that what I keep saying
everytime we keep dragging nationality with the countries this players grew up and learn there
why can't we just develop our own
always waiting for others to do it for us den we come and claim dem
the truth is the home based is considered inferior no matter what the do and I have a problem about that
our under 23 and under 20 are usually home based and most time they do really well even our Chan eagle always manage to reach the semi finals or finals when given the chance
the last afcon we carried was given to us by a home based
all am asking we should have a little faith on these hb and give them a chance
person wey Dani play ball sabi play home or away

Football has changed to some degree since the times of Finidi, Oliseh, Amunike, etc

Both in structure and strategy but the principles remain essentially the same.

Nigerian HB players are at a distinct disadvantage by no fault of thier own. There is a lack of infrastructure, proper coaching, facilities and support. Then add to that the multiple issues of, " Who do you know " We still have favoritism and corruption. Although not unique to ourselves.

Now compare that to European football. When they have boys of 4/5 already in the academy system. To the extent a number of Euro countries have recognised the African natural athleticism. And are actively seeking African origin players for thier academies.

I was in Germany and was quite surprised considering how few Africans live in Germany the large number of African boys in thier academies.

In many European academies by the age of 8 they are already training 4 times a week including matches. They go across Europe on numerous tournaments.

The local African football scene is not the quality bench mark. We will have very good skilful players but they will lack in a number if areas. And will be described as raw, which is not a disadvantage because you are then unpredictable.

It's for that reason you can see some handicaps in KC.

However, many African players have been able to overcome and learn very quickly but not all. Time is a very scarce commodity in football.

So it becomes apparent why not as many as we would like are not getting as far as we would like.

lol.....funny how you come here to talk of integrity.

You that will play the ostrich till thy kingdom come, even if dem show you pop and clear, you go accept?

Is it not you that claimed Iheanacho is in direct competition with Diabate and might be relegated to the bench because Diabate scored a goal on his FA Cup debut? Even andrew44 challenged you on that, I recall clearly.

You couldn't stop updating us on Diabate's debut that day. Thank God say pesin don corroborate.

We are all liars and only you is truthful grin grin

You have judged yourself not me.

Your quote and allegation "
lol.....i can never forget how Komekn came here to tell us Iheanacho's career has ended in Leicester

For someone who is a lawyer where detail is intrinsic to I inferences you have changed your diction and proposition as well as allegations.

My response waa simplistic, quote me verbatim not by your self birthed perception or conjecture.

That if you cannot you therfore lack integrity but then you cannot and have rightly called yourself a LIAR not me but yourself.
