Ighalo had over 73 games in La liga with just 13 goals. Ighalo played mainly as a center forward at Granada. That was his primary role.

He also had 55 games in the premier league with 17 goals. 16 of those goals came in his only good season where he played 37 games.

In the next season, he scored 1 goal in 18 games.

Ighalo is not a proven goal scorer in the top leagues.

Key word: proven

did you also purchased. Into consideration the kind of team, he played in, in la liga

while in Watford, you miss's jst once. Thing, his second season in EPL was mar by tactical change, which did not favour him, join to that he was also bereaved,

Of the 73 how many did he start?
But that's all by the way, how is he not a much more proven goalscorer than KPB??

KPB is not an all out striker. Ighalo is.

He started several of those games. In the 2011/2012 season and 2012/2013 season. He started most of the games when he was not injured. He only managed 6 and 5 goals respectively.

The point is whether he is a proven scorer at the top level.

He is not.

The rest are just excuses.

Abi make I even revert the errand come ur side sef, if u were smart enough, U would have pulled off ur earlier stance on Onyekuru, from the moment we discussed him and Ademola, to prove ur innocence.

Oya to prove to the public that u aint a hypocrite, show us ur posts about Onyekuru hundreds of pages back. Do that, to shame Chriskels

Once again SHAMELESS you have shown yourself to have ZERO INTEGRITY.

You made the allegation, so what did you make it from

How ludicrous is that you want me to substantiate your own allegation against me for yourself.

On this occasion I just decided to indulge you in this charade. I normally ignore such nonsensical proposition allegations.

You have exposed yourself and been STRIPPED NAKED l can now safely without restriction call you a BIG LIAR.

I can not disagree with you.

However, at the moment he is the best we have unless someone gives Tega Abrahams some " Hot Ukodo " and he suddenly remembers that he is from Warri and returns home to the SE.

And how Sir, do you expect him to get that evidence?. Do you expect him to start digging through the archives of all the comments you've made on this thread (which must be very plenty) dating back years ago?.

I'm sure he has a life outside Nairaland to pay attention to biko.

digging through nairaland is not rocket science, all this was in less than 2 minutes..

And nothing here looks like what anyone will say about someone he hates.
It looks like the opposite, as a matter of fact

I haven't yet. I've been busy all day but I'll check it out tonight.

I've seen the groups. I think they can make it out but Esperence and Sfaxien are not easy teams and I think that one of these two will definitely make it out of the group. The Burkinabe club to me is the weakest team in this group.
I hope Rangers pulls it off. Atm, they are unbeaten in 6 games (qualifiers and rounds 1 and 2).

Group A has 3 Moroccan clubs and group B has 2 Tunisian clubs. I know it's possible but I find it hilarious grin

Moroccan clubs are giving a good account of themselves on the continent- all 4 in the group stages (3 in CAFCC and 1 in CAFCL).

Proven goalscorers in the top leagues will be the likes of

Salah
Aubameyang
Lacazette
Chicarito
Messi
Ronaldo
Etc

This is because they produce every season. They are not one season wonders.

How is Salah of one and half season better than Ighalo of one season?

Salah already has 16 goals this season which is Ighalo's best ever goal tally in the top flight.

So we can call it 2 seasons.

These were when he needed something to kill Osimhen. That was him being himself(using a player to diss another). His true nature came when the discuss was about Onyekuru and his chances with both Everton and Nigeria against Ademola. Since, uv taken it upon urself, how about u finish the job by digging that out?

Absolutely the worst transfer of this period by far . Barca in need of a backup striker goes ahead to buy KPB who is not an out and out striker ahead of Ighalo who is actually a proven goalscorer in a top league, I mean I understand that Ighalo's agents pointed out that he doesn't want a loan move but a permanent move and that is more than what Barca are asking for but come on, KPB?? I know it is a done deal but I pray that stuff doesn't go through, maybe he fails his medical or something, you never know what you will get with these Ghanaians and their banku

Ighalo should not go to Barcelona because he needs to play week in week out to be sharp for the AFCON.

The E.S.S team is thankfully not Esperance they are in the champions league. The group looks scalable on paper. They might have to settle for second but they should make it out.

As for Morocco remember that a team had to lose out of the champions league for them to have 3 in the confederation cup

A goal and an assist in the last 2 matches, both contributions coming from the left wing.

Hit the club hard for what some fans(not all) did? I mean this is a 22-24 match season and you all want points deducted from Remo Stars because of what some hoodlums did? Fine them, make them play behind closed doors no problem, but point deduction is absolutely inappropriate

Come on, Ighalo is not 17 year old to be picking up new things.

At a certain age, it is hard to pick up new things.

Money is a major factor when Nigerian players go to Turkey. Unlike the top leagues, they do not get taxed in Turkey.

With good agents, Awaziem should have been able to get a loan deal to Ligue 1 since he has experience there and did well.

It is even more annoying because the boy had decent offers in the summer and Porto refused to sell only to abandon him on the bench.
