I am telling you

Although, I earlier predicted an emphatic Egypt win

Egypt may win due to SA inexperience

But we are experienced enough to beat Egypt

To them, calling a spade a spade means you're not patriotic. They just lack common understanding

To me, we were very lucky today. I'm not taking away the fact that the guys fought but tactically, we were very poor. Rohr isn't bringing out the best from this guys. Whilst some of our players are average, a better coach would do better with this team because truthfully, Cameroon was equally poor.

We better step up in the next round or we may be bundles out. It gets tougher from here on out
See ehn....
I won't tag u a hater o, but instead of stating things the way they are and being hopeful something positive comes out of it, all you preach is negativity..

Tau and lorch switch roles nicely....the South African's are clearly the best side in this first half.

I have noticed one down point of Musa's play; he finds it difficult to take shot one time instead of trying to take a touch before trying to shoot. He did it against Madagascar and today against Cameroon.
He must work on taking shot from a pass in the box instead trying to control b4 shooting

Lol e no mean

Portugal have not played 3rd place in a competition for long

During the 2006 World Cup or so ,I think Cr7 played 3rd place ,thou he was not a great player then

I don't know why some people are criticizing Simon today, for me he didn't perform badly, well, defensively he was great, it's just that in the match we obviously needed to attack more whick chuks obviously offered....

Plus the Cameroonians really didn't impressed me, from the beginning of the match I knew we'd win, Uganda is better than this Cameroonian Team...even after scoring d two goals they still flatter to deceive, I saw bascos post and I'd be like, "Yeah, you connect"... I'm not really surprised we won, at all.

Against Egypt, we will truly see the strenght and weakness of the Team, cuz we need to fuckin.g win that game, the match outcome will surely decide lot of things... Watch out for the match...(pls forget southi)

Akpeyi hmmmm.... The fact that I have to hold my breath on every attack

Mikel is one of the reason I want this Afcon Trophy, a befitting end to a beautiful career...he has served us well, his time is up...but on his way out, he should hold the following

Mr Ogu, thank you...
Mr rohr self, thanks for the service, you have tried...He has laid a good structure, but with the kind of boys we have now, plus more springing up everywhere, I feel we should be able to unleash mayhem to any team instead of the restrictive type we currently employing...

Gaaaaawd embarassed embarassed embarassed Around the 78th minute, I was praying for onyekuru to come have some taste of the action, I wanted my brother to see him play... I don't know know why I feel like he would score if introduced...

Great game, but Egypt is the real test....

yen yen yen, imagine when y'all were saying iwobi out by half time, he had took him out brought in Ogu moved Etebo forward then we fail to create any meaningful chance with Cameroon using pace to slice Ogu in the midfield maybe you for get energy to type mental strength bla bla bla
I never said bring out iwobi and whatsoever. What I said was we have no replacement in midfield, once there is a deficiency, we have no capable replacement

Just kidding Shaa but the dude needs to improve on a lot of things. Confidence and movement, for example. And how the hell can you be that tall and not win aerial duels?

Expecting water out of rock is like expecting South Africa's number 9 striker to tuck out his shirt.

I wonder if he uses peg on the shirt.

His inclusion into the game changed it for us and we had two goals to show for it. I hope Rohr starts him ahead of Moses Simon in the next match. I wish he can play Osimehn too, the kid has a lot of potentials.

Meanwhile, those Bafana boys no gree for Pharoahs o.

There's this confidence of Samu to take on an opponent, pass, run and shoot! Something I expected in Kalu (hopefully bounces back)

After this tourney, Musa would be the godfather in the team, however, Onyekuru should own that LW.

Rohr's stubbornness is legendary. Why else is Onyekuru not starting and is Onuachu playing, albeit as a sub, ahead of Osimhen?

I think Chukwueze does his best work from RW.
Onyekuru is good enough competition tho, and if need be I think he can also play as a CF. Musa and Kalu should tussle over the LW spot. Moses Simon no utility, bundle of energy. He reminds me of Kevin Grosskreutz

Musa he is one of the most painful footballers to watch .. His final decision and passing are so bad ... He gets past two three players with just quick speed and acceleration but he either crosses some rubbish cross or his final pass gets dispossed.. Nigeria coach is German yet defenders and mildfielders just boot the ball into the air even when they are not under pressure..

ANS Chukwueze rating.
Who else noticed this? I did

Modified.
But I thought they brought Anguissa on immediately

Samuel Chukwueze : Brought on for Moses Simon and his pace and trickery brought panic in the Cameroonian bench as Clarence Seedorf and Patrick Kluivert brought on Andre-Frank Anguissa to nullify his threat. 7/10.

The South African coach stupidly refused to play SA player of the year Lorch

It took an injury for him to be played, he has transformed the attack
