We just had a great game, instead of discussing that, some guys are here disturbing us with what doesn't concern us. Please what's our business with what's happening in England's camp? Are the our next opponents?

If Ebuehi can get back to form and top fitness... Then yes... I would be happy to move Aina to the left with Collins as backup.

But with the situation right now of having Awaziem play RB whenever Aina plays LB, I say we need Collins indisputably.

In all, we really need to find a Left footed Upgrade on Collins. Collins is not bad. Balling week in, week out in the bundesliga and showing his nice attacking instincts in that league is not beans. He is okay defensively too but Aina is simply the better all round fullback. Chikena.

Akpeyi does have decent footwork. His passing out from the back was very good today.

The two goals were not his fault.

Spoiler alert.

Most right footed player that plays left back are mostly good with both feets. Ashley Young of Man Utd is an example. He played left back for England in the last world cup and he did well. There is a young left back from Man Utd academy that was promoted recently, Brandon Williams, he's right footed too and can make good crosses with both his feet.
It's even an advantage sef, cos most defenders won't know if you want to cross or cut in, because u are two footed.

Lastly Aina has played generally more on the left than on the right for the past two years now, so I'm sure he would have adapted.

So if you have players like Udeze, Taiwo or Babayaro, you will play Aina at LB ahead of them?

Secondly, those names you listed above are playing these roles because the natural LBs are either inexperience or not good enough.

Eze can't break into England team for now. England has alot of people for his wing.

The best he can get is England u21 for now.

It's left for him to use his head

He is not bad. Saying he is, is the big fat lie. The lad is decent enough and have given us a couple of fine games at LB. Stop berating the lad with such dramatic gusto.

First paragraph, that comparison doesn't make sense because those guys you mentioned are obviously better and if we have people like them in our team, we won't be playing Aina on the left because they are obviously better than Aina.

At the bolded,
It's Same thing happening in the super eagles team.

So shift lemme see front

But should Etebo comes back, I guess both Aribo and Ramon will make way for him..!! Because am not seeing Rohr starting either of them ahead of Iwobi.

In the end, the best LBs in the game are always left footed beasts.

Aina is okay there but we must be looking beyond Aina if we are to perfect that LB role. As better as he is than Collins on the overall, there are still those small details Aina lacks which any average LB possesses. And it shows against Bette opponents. The angle of attack with a left foot brings another dimension to our game.
Aina could have easily buried that Iwobi chance today if he was predominantly left footed but he didn't... Had it been Collins, i have no doubt that would have gone in as it would fall on his left foot.
These small details matter in the long run. Football is more about details now than just a general view.
