It was garthered that because of the social unrest, political and economic backsliding some prominent marchants in the country have decided to sale out upto 80% ownership of the property. Among the machants include IBB, Sir Emeka Ofor, OBJ, Aliko Dangote ,Uba's family, Mike Adenuga, to mention small. i would have bidded to buy these property, but on second thot i relised it will turn out to be a bad investment because when you buy an array of properties whose[b] LEADERS [/b] [s][/s]landlords are criminals, these criminals will later gang up and take your properties off you.
