hmmmm, this is very rare indeed. well, you were given till september which is enough time. why not go with the mail you got. get your travel insurance and send your passport and be hopeful. you could be the first this has happened to. congrats.

He have to fund his block account because without that he can't extend his visa in Germany after expiration of initial 3 months, the Deutsche bank student deposit account is needed to get the 1 or 2 years resident permit.

Interview on the 4th that is a new one...you probably convinced them enough at your interview Congratulations all the same...about the form A...people have been talking about fidelity...you can check few pages back and contact people like angelangelangel, unclejudax and others who have done theirs. All the best!

1. For your application, the amount isn't fixed, it depends on how many schools you want to apply to and which courier service you plan to use in sending your application documents (E.g DHL, NIPOST, FedEx,etc). For the visa, effective from August 1, it will be 8,640 Euro + 150 Euro for Deutsch bank charge.....so, depending on the current exchange rate, you can do your maths to know the actual value!
2. Different schools have different deadlines.......so check their respective website. E.g TUM application for summer starts by September 1 and ends by November, while that of RWTH AACHEN ends by September for international students.......so go to the school's website and find out.
3. Am a science student......

One to inform the house about the outcome of my situation.That long awaited mail which any student would like to see in his /her mailed box just arrived in my mail box.I thank everbody for the support i received.It really worth for me to write this remonstration letter, exactly 29 days after the interview i received my visa.people try to discourage me not to write a remonstration letter because according to them my application cannot be reviewed.Thanks God i didnt listen to such advice.Please if there is way to appeal on your visa decision just go for it!!!!! Im very happy now thanks to this thread.Germany here i come......
