When it was a PhD holder,what was d situation?senseless looting!!!No direction for 6 yrs.If it was all about certificate,6 years were enough for a PhD president to provide light,water and bring about education reform AT LEAST.

It's a shame the country chose a man without a WASC certificate over a Phd holding President, a well educated Minister for Petroleum and a Harvard trained Professor who was world bank MD before becoming Minister for the economy because they were thieves.

Look at the senate President under trial for fraud and failure to declare assets : He's a medical doctor.
