What dividends did it yield for him when he never signed her to any contractual obligations? If she were to be under a contract for what he invested in her, would she have sacked him the way she did? No, that's impossible - she would've had to buy herself out of the contract. Business is business and you've to respect that. He's a fool for not making sure his paperwork's alright.
