The size of a man's penis almost never causes continued painful intercourse. The vagina can stretch to accommodate whatever size of penis a woman's husband has.

This is illustrated by the fact that the vagina stretches enough to allow the passage of a baby's head in delivery.

Some women also believe, because they have been told so, that painful intercourse is caused by a tipped or retroverted uterus. One-third of all women have tipped uterus. It is a perfectly "normal" position for the uterus and almost never the cause of painful intercourse.
