The package is marked for shipment, so i guess is Singapore post that are yet to go pick it up.

Those in Lagos will certainly get their orders faster than those in other states since all orders first land Lagos before they are forwarded to other states.

It makes newbies panic if their items are not shipped on time..

So we can conclude it's 11 to 35 days... Then people can relax

I get you, but newbies should also know how to read, it's only a plus if you are getting it below the stipulated time. Would do the opposite (frown at them) if I get it above the 35-day period, in fact 25 days is too long for me to handle.
