Well all you need do bro is check the web address or do a google search they are very legit i can tell you i personally stopped using Aliexpress when certain sellers refused to send my items, cancelled some and even the disputs i opened neither had head nor tail. we all have different reasons for choosing where we shop and why. The only thing i like about Alixpress is that you can use your bank card without tieing it to paypal

And about the dispute, You should always have evidence to backup up your claims, even if it's private messages from the seller. Some sellers are really dubious

well, it's sad to tell you that you'll have to pay 5-10k for the "custom duty". If the payment is very smooth, you might be told that NDLEA n NAFDAC will check ur package too and might attract duties. You will eventually have your item almost d same time as someone who used AES or postNL.

On DHL shipping, enough has been said on it on this thread. Prepare to pay the "duty" once you use it. Few cases will be lucky to escape it tho. When I told one of their workers that I've received items without paying the "duties" before, she said and I quote "that must have been among the 1 in every 100 that escapes it". wink

This is not about Xiaomi but I felt like sharing with you guys.

For those who love reading books, you can order used and new books from this site:

http://Betterworldbooks.com

I decided to try them out recently and the book I bought was delivered to Nigeria in 8 days using Bpost.

The books on the site are generally cheap especially the used ones with prices starting from $4.98 or less.
I got a used book but you won't really notice any wear or tear on the book. The book was worth $6.6 with free shipping.

The payment process is just like paying for stuffs on aliexpress, PayPal not necessary.

So if you have been looking for books on any subject for long, check the site out as they have millions of books available.

My next experiment is to order something from eBay and have it delivered directly without using my MyUS.com virtual address.

Or has anybody done that already? Abeg tell us how.
So that I will know if I should pick another experiment, like maybe trying to order something from North Koreagrin

Are you sure you linked your card correctly? what banks do you use? paypal is what i use on that platform. You have the option of western union though, Geekbuying is a very honest place where you cab make your purchases.

My diamondbank ATM is activated for online banking but am not of that of FCMB.
I've placed the order through western union, i just hope western union charges wont be much. have you paid with western union before
