After fixing my phone I wanted to root my phone and try a gcam camera. So I searched and joined some telegrams group related to xiaomi note 5. Coincidentally, he's admin in one of the group. So seeing that I was like this is my guy now so I messaged him on WhatsApp. He provided some links to me but I didn't just get it because I didn't read it properly. I asked him few noob questions and later on he blocked me on WhatsApp. I wasn't moved by that and just moved on. That was a month back.
So today I tried to root the phone again and one step in the guide wasn't clear to me. So i headed to the telegram to ask the question.
Can you believe that this slowpoke block me again in the group?

Settings - About phone - tap miui version repeatedly for about 7 times to enable developer options. Return back to settings - Additional settings - Developer options - miui unlock status.
Alternatively, you can just reboot your phone, then look below your screen as the Mi logo appears, if it shows unlocked, then bootloader is unlocked.
