And I noticed the lower part of the screen fairly works and when I press the home keys I.e the home, back and minimize iish, that lower part of the screen that doesn't work well responds and some times, it doesn't respond at all!! And when the phone locks, I find it hard to swipe up and unlock....it takes me minutes to finally swipe up.....and sometimes, the whole screen doesn't even work at all.

The keypad test was fail....the keypad refused to come up at that stage sef

My bad! The code was a wrong one. But I suggest you perform all hardware tests to see which all hardware is faulty.

Can you share screenshots of the rom version?

After you performed the update, did you do a factory reset?

Unfortunately, it doesn't work dat way, dey store the imei of each phone they send out, so u can't use yours for another, best u can do is to check up stores that sell d parts and get one, wud check and revert
