If you are taking too many pictures at the same time it will surely lag because of post processing. GCam is a heavy app and your RAM is not helping issues.

Why not?

My phone don't use type C port but I use QC3.0

As long as the power bank has a port that supports QC3.0 output it will charge any phone that supports QC3.0

type C to type C is for power delivery. Usually from 40W
