Xiaomi.Eu is a custom ROM based on MIUI, it is good but you should research and see how it is installed. Note you have to download the full ROM anytime there is an update.

It's not good, it's great, the battery backup and customization are too notch...

The disadvantage is that you won't be able to download from Google play store via WiFi. And your mails won't sync properly.
