when i said i think you can unlock the bootloader on Huawei, it was cos i saw a few videos on youtube.
i would have even preferred the new OS so they can dump shitttty google.
i don't care about the bootloaders been locked or frozen.
i buy a device for my daily drive and not unlocking.
I love Huawei like that, unlocked or nah.

it might just be that miui is not fully optimised for this device....
There's a general hate for mtk...if it was Snapdragon dat was doing like this most reviewers would have called it a bug...

Like I always say if you don't have an issue with the resolution (720p) and Android one it is pretty solid phone. Funny enough the 4/128Gb is not up to 80k in Nigeria

I use the gcam by bulkin posted by genius43 for RN7. There is no special settings. I just spent a little time making adjustments here and there then testing the results till I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I watched reviews on the note 8 pro and some comparison videos to with mi9t and redmi 7 pro. That N8P is on another level entirely. It did change my perception on MTK processor. Asides the Amoled display, footage stabilization and minimal heating. The mi9t doesn't come close imho
