Me for one, I do avoid ES Explore and Xplore cos if one mistakenly tampers with the root files and the phone is turned off, it might not come on again unless flashed. No be all of us get the technical know how and resources to fix that stuff. I also like backing up my apps personally. So when I get a new device, I can save myself the volume of data used to redownload the apps. Its about an alternative to xender.
For some weird reasons, I also love to back up my call logs and sms to the new device... So it doesn't "look" like a separate device to me..

If you mean taking screenshots, there are about 5 ways I know of, the simplest being using 3 fingers to swipe down your screen.

This is one of those things MIUI is bae....So many embedded apps/features. Mi Mover is a life saver o. Used it to move my data from my old Xiaomi to the new one in just few minutes. No stress! No loss of data!! Minutes/hours saved!!!
