Bro I get two issues, first one is my phone (RN9 pro) if I dial a number to call I don't hear anything not even the ring back tone until I use loudspeaker that's when I can hear the person.

Second issue is my friend's phone (RN9s) when the phone is on and he plugs his charger to charge the phone ,in about 5mins the phone just turns off by itself, for now he can only charge the phone when it is switched off.

1. Not hearing ring back tune is a network issue. Anyways just force reboot.

2. Reflash the rom. Hope he's using stock charger and pray the charging port is not damaged

Just follow what boss just said. Force restart your phone and update your phone.

The other one like he said Download full ROM and Re-install. And hope he is using the Charger and USB Cable that came with it.
