How reliable is "Raya Care" guys? Dropped off my faulty phone with them today and they promised i would get it back within 14 working days.

I don't really know Chief as this is my first xiaomi device so i have never had the cause to need "Raya Care" before now. I took my faulty Redmi 9t to the place i bought it from and they referred me to "Raya Care", when i got there the guy gave me a form to fill and told me to wait for 14 days and they will call me to pick the device.

Raya Care is Xiaomi's Service center and they are only ones that can fix a.phome under warranty

BTW ...something funny ...I have two Note 5 pro but only one of them could be upgraded to MIUI 12. I've tried manual upgrade for the second one but always get the message the operation is not allowed ...anybody facing same issue and how did you resolve it?

The upgrade was rolled back but it should work now. Just download the full recovery ROM and try it manually.
