Even though Poco is under Xiaomi, unfortunately Xiaomi doesn't offer support for it here. My Poco m3 had deadboot issue, I took it to Raya store ( official support centre of Xiaomi), they told me they don't support Poco

I later got the redmi note 10s and I am having issues with it.... Thinking of taking it to thier service centre but it's not in my location. Will have to take it to the closest center to where I am.

No if there are errors as a matter of your update that should fix it. Because you are the only one on that update complaining of that. I met someone on that Version yesterday and he wasn't facing such.

No I haven't, but atleast the back camera should be the RN8 standard

I say this because I bought the phone with the front camera faulty...
So I think the back one too is, but not as bad as the front one,

Yes it is an Upgrade Note 11 pro has both 4G and 5G either of then is a massive upgrade over Note 9
