HELP!!! My redmi 9 went off on 27% and since then whenever I ON it, it shows redmi, vibrate and go off, even when plugged to light same thing happens.. Somebody help

I need an advice.
I'm thinking of getting a device and my budget is 200k. Manufactured preferably late last year or this year. It can be a 5g device and at least can play some HD games.
Someone told me about oppo reno 8t.
