Must they keep him in custody b4 they can carry out there investigation,is EFCC a security agency? Why do they have a prison cell?,sometime I wonder what's the role of the police in a civil society.
CIA, FBI, MI6, several law enforcement agencies in developed nations and everywhere, they all have prison/cells where they hold suspects, most of them even have safe-houses where they Torture suspects(drastic measures or off-the-book operations for d sake of national security)
