When someone can come publicly and lie about appropriations that we all know are not so spent in prisons? If that is what it costs to feed a prisoner, hungry Nigerians will willingly go to jail!

I've gone through the full report, the minister no talk sey dem budget 10bn, he was referring to previous budgets, usually 10bn, after taking stock of the inmates, they discovered that about 14000 is budgeted for an inmate per day, which is wrong and they are trying to make necessary adjustments to that anomaly.
