1.Its gonna be a panel of three.
2. Know ur Cv back 2 back (Don't be suprised if d first question Mariam asks is "Talk me thru ur Cv" instead of the traditional "Can we meet you".
3.Prepare to highlight an achievement u made in evri stage of ur academic sojourn( secondary,tertiary,IT,nysc,post nysc).
4.Prepare 4 questions like Y EY, ur strenght and weakness(the weakness sud be a disgused strenght e.g can be a workaholic/extreme perfectionist), what motivates you,what will u be bringing in, wia do u see ursef in d nx five years,ur values, how u've handled difficult situations and people,what u knw bou EY( Note:all dz questions will not be in form of a mandatory one. It can come like "is there a time u had a challenge at ur place of work?. Don't go and say Noo cos if u do u are only denying ursef the chance 2 be accessed. So even if u don't have, cook up somtin and be ready 4 follow up questions for evri ansa u gv)
5.Above all be confident and officially-casual/humorous (dat way u relate with ur interviwers like u guys have been friends 4 long)
6.Lastly ask intelligent questions (Is there anything I can help 2 clarify that can make hiring me an easy decision?,how is the human capacity development plans for the staffs like (am not saying salary oo, stufss like trainings), where does the organization needs improvement presently?(dy no go ansa dat qstn bt ask anyways, it makes u look like a problem-solver(u sud be one in d real sense tho), what advice wud u gv 2 a graduate trainee 2 av a successful career @ EY, what motivates u to work @ EY etc

Congrats on ur offer! As much as I am happy for you, and sad that BA and some others didn't make it, I find ur post/argument absolutely incoherent, sentimental, muddled up, untenable and outrightly, a non-sequitur!

So calling out BA jeopardized not only her chances but the chances of other pple. Christ, what a dude! Mind you, pple still shared tips on how to behave during group discussions and the interviewers' major expectations during the interviews, which are the most logical/acceptable contributions to make!

Even if she used an unrevealing moniker, I would still have drawn her attention to the fact that she shouldn't do that. The aftermath of the whole situation doesn't still make her seemingly utilitarian/altruistic actions right. I still maintain she was wrong.

Though, I feel very bad BA, Abdulslutsky and Boobookitty didn't make it, I wish them and everyone else I was secretly rooting for and others (too numerous to categorize) that were part of the struggle, the very best in their future endeavours.

@ dokunzman, Bukunmi did not make it. @ Everyone, Probably she was penalized by trying to help others due to the fact she used her real name here on nairaland and used it to divulge some interview questions after her interview. Am sure she did not perform any less in the interview than dose dat made it but for her kindness she was implicated and penalized I guess. Besides, she was not the only person that shared interview qstns but others could not be traced by their name as they did not use their real names here on NL as she did The tin is, we sud all learn from dis coz these HR folks are also on dis platform as they go tru each and every lines of our comments as it has to do with their recruitment stuff.
Also, I want everyone dat have mentioned her (Bukunmi) full name after the recent success mail particularly dose dat made to please modify their post by erasing her name off their comment coz dat is what she wants. That interview was my first and only job interview ever and those kind hints she dropped were what I wrote out and prepared around. In reality maybe more people including her would have gotten in if Badguy001 didn't call her out and was strongly backed by ControlX with Davide470 deleting all posts condeming their stance. We all know after these events the thread became secretive.

So Ernst and Young test yesterday was flawed abi faulty yet again. People travelled from all parts of Nigeria only to attempt a test that had like 12 incorrect or incomplete questions.

Read my post from June 8, something tells me there just experimenting and trying to define and make their recruitment process align with those of international E and Y firms. Heard it wasn't like this in previous years and was better organized.

Just as I was thinking of what to tell my boss so as to be able 2 make it to lagos 4 d test, I got a success mail 4rm a bigger big 4 so am humbly opting out of dz race. From my small research I believe our mails will come in next week. Last year I heard they sent Mails three weeks after interviews concluded. As shown in my attachment they sent mails two weeks after in 2013 (*its reality cos they resumed August). I believe this delay might be because its a new person in charge, since Banke moved on to greater things. It would be a month next week end and they owe us a months notice.

Try and be nice to someone today and smile the way you did during your interview and if you bone for interview OYO.

Was it difficult? - No it was a decent way to test the employability of a graduate.

Was the time too short? - No if you knew what ur doing and practiced before hand.

Am I optimistic - Yes I always am
