@damocool you will see soon enough more resources will be discovered.I will keep the names and minerals secret, there's tons more that are yet to be discovered.Ekiti wil greatly benefit you will see...I'm a Niger Deltan Man i won't quote my source but there are huge reserves there.. I was at Osun the first time in my Life and even in a state people say idol this and that,i've never witnessed the Holyspirit manifested the way it did in me,riches are all over in Osun if nott for minerals..we need to oppen our eyes. I'm too stressed n tired to do some serious typo...bear with me..( 10hours research daily). @mmsen i agree the North is leeching the south seriously as a matetr of fact the statee is been run with a fraudulent style that's an off-shoot of the Islamic system, many of we South-South are married to the South West what do we do,we have tried dialogue and dialogue what do we do...i went to visit somee oil areas some years back,i'm a though black man but i was weeping at the poverty in the lives of the children, the youths were wasting away.I'm preparing my bags to go back community to community to start teaching some of my skills though.Anytime from this or next year. I wish the yorubas would listen,On the long run the whole country suffers under this fraudulent system,i went too a motel within an estate to buy recharge card around 11pm becuase i needed to make an international call,my goodness i lost fate in the girls i saw, over 1000 girls beautiful pretty Christian looking fine girls hanging in a small area looking for people that weren't much these girls were our sisters Hausa Yoruba and Igbos cause opportunities in the country are too finite...let's not forget if the mining sector is well opened up processing companies would spring up,packaging companies, logistics, research and development, the geological chemistry physics name it overrall productivity of the country,so as a South South man i always teach where i go support each other so we can grow..I envy the potentials of Kogi Benue Nassarawa Jos for example but are they been harnessed because of " the Niger Deltans are against us and will be calling for their resources if they developed " I hope we speak the truth and forget the divides Righteousness exalts a nation,it is lies that are reproach, moreso this world with the proliferation of Nuclear war heads everywhere won't last too long so why bottle up our potentials and resources ? Please tell me anyone 3 Likes |

Personally i've always hated Oil even as a Niger Deltan it's the core reason i don't go back home. It's way too easy.I like this country to be innovative. With the increasing temperature daily worldwide it won't be long for oil production cuts to become the next norm... and with Germany spear heading " the next oil " which was first tes runned earlier this year successfully.I give crude oil a few years...for me na...But we could liquefy and then sell gas to Europe,Nigeria sits on over 75 Trillion Cubic feet of gas,i expected us to leverage on it during the election when Russia and Europe has issues even with Bulgaria and Ukraine refusing to have new pipelines connecting Russia to this direct market,we didn't need the finished processed gas, just with the facts and the Europeans will bring finance to build the infrastructure then we use the yet-t-be-received funds as a basis to shout to the investment community to come invest but rather we were killing ourselves PDP vs APC.. God help us.. 3 Likes |

Where is Lagos located? Nigeria? Who are the inhabitants of Lagos? Nigerians, so there's no big deal about it. Oil is just discovered in another part of Nigeria. Anyway you want to call the inhabitants aliens, then you get the mile 12 treatment. So what's the big deal here?. Lol people with no identity forming rich. I pity for their Christian minority. They are shouting Lagos this West that not knowing that they are systematically being marginalized. Fools, better wake up o, the south west is complete Islamic region |

Lazy fools, you are not even ashamed to compare yourselves with people that fought the world super powers for 31\2 yewrs, yet excel more than you. You should learn to keep quiet and calm in Igbo matters. There's no way we can be compared, Yoruba is 100,000 meters behind igbos |

tempest01: Common sense and history says where there's a barrel of oil, there are millions and billions of barrels close by. Oloibiri, the first well in Nigeria was not pumping our 2 million barrels a day, discoveries in other areas in the same region yielded more so don't trouble your brain, this is just the beginning.. 3 Likes |

aresa: Yes I admit there might be reservoirs close by, but my brother it is not by common sense or history. It is by careful exploration and appraisal methods...Which involve money that need to be recovered. Oil might be found, but abandoned due to the fact that it is not commercial enough under certain circumstances. Taking into account economics, technicality, etc. It is not by coming online to produce, and cover your expenses just so that you bear the "oil producing" tag. I hope they find more reserves...til then, I think 50Mbbls/day plateau rate is meagre. And if I am to guess, plateau will be for just about 10 years before decline. 1 Like |

aresa: those meaningless internet yarns are oil and gas industry terms you wont comprehend. Those blocks i believe have been awarded, and exploration activities have been carried on them. you think it is today oil was found in that field? They had to do the economics to get the viability before they start production. The oil price alone is enough to shut some fields as not being economically viable. As I always end it, Lets hope they get more reserves that will be beneficial for them, the state and the nation as a whole. instead of rushing to be in the league. 1 Like |

tempest01: What's your meaningless terms got to do with you not knowing anything about the content of that well or whatever deposits in the area? Do you have any official exploration and discovery data stating what was found, amount and longevity of the well? You don't know anything beyond your meaningless words and jargon so quit boring me with all that rubbish. Who do you think you are talking to really? Those blocks i believe have been awarded, and exploration activities have been carried on them. you think it is today oil was found in that field? They had to do the economics to get the viability before they start production. This dude is telling me that they have to do exploration before they discover oil? No, we don't know anything about that, we just think they don't explore and the oil just dey flow from the sky.. lol @ they have to do economics to check viability? Is this not common sense and standard procedure even for a common market trader? Do you really think you are revealing something valuable that's not know to even a school kid.. Dude, stop trying too hard to sound intelligent, not that I think you are though.. The oil price alone is enough to shut some fields as not being economically viable. As I always end it, Lets hope they get more reserves that will be beneficial for them, the state and the nation as a whole. instead of rushing to be in the league. Of what importance and relevance is your empty layman rubbish and silly assumptions? You are not in any position to reach any sane and rational conclusions about this or any operation beyond your meaningless ramblings and ignorant assumptions. Do you have any operational documents, facts, business plans, strategies and contingencies about this company's operation to share with us? Of course you don't have anything beyond your blah blah baseless and meaningless nonsense... Please take your rubbish elsewhere.. 3 Likes |

I carefully used words like - (I think, I believe, they should) etc. I believe at a certain point I listed some data that if available could help make informed statements...like plateau rate, estimated reserves etc. I made my statements on what is on ground, while finally making a point for more reserves to be found. You jumping into my posts and quoting me with ramblings since morning with no understanding just shows you are not worth wasting precious time with.
