Just like any other document, there are several grey areas that need to be ironed out. There are areas that are really promising. However, I advice he set up a committee to review the content and see if a new CONFAB is carried out as the one done by GEJ was not all inclusive, mostly because the opposition elements didn't want to be seen as supporting anything proJona.
