1 : Build your self esteem ;

Your self esteem matters a lot to your disposition and perception about life. Do not give room for low self esteem it kills your morale psychologically.

2 : Surround yourself with people that will take you a step ahead;

The statement "you attract your lot" means a lot in this case.
If you want to be a better person than your present situation then you need to surround yourself with positive minded individuals who share same or similar goals with you.This helps a lot.

3 : Accept that you are an Adult and stop childish behaviours ;

This actually does not mean being arrogant many don't get this especially teens. You have to go mature about cobbling your childish behaviours.

4 : Begin to put money in the bank and learn to leave it there ;

Okay(lol) this can be hard at times especially for student in higher institutions I can bet the money hardly survive 2weeks .

5 : Date the right person if you must date ;

Don't just go about dating because everyone else is doing it. No, it doesn't work that way so at the end of the day you don't get your heart shattered and lose focus.

6 : Learn to dress well and not sexy ;

I really don't get what people derive especially ladies from pulling different stunts in trying to be sexy. Focus more on how you present yourself it really goes a long way.

7 : Start thinking of how to accumulate wealth for yourself Now.

Don't think you are too young and fight hard not to procrastinate. Procrastination is really dangerous, It kills time. Time lost can never be bought.

8 : Lastly ;
Define who you really are on social media. Stop hiding behind usernames and living a fake life. Don't get into messy arguments they won't earn you anything.

start taking responsibilities.adulthood is about taking responsibilities, have a feeling that you are responsible for everything happening around you. this further equip you to be a better man for that challenging tomorrow.

@OP i think this applies to 18 to 20years old. a guy should be able to acheive more than what you have written before the age of 23, HE should be able to atleast save a hundred thousand naira in his bank account, he should be able to have purchase smartphones and laptops with his own money for himselves. he should be able to fend for himself. he should travle to atleast 10states in the country. he should be able to understand what relationship is all about, he should atleast be responsible and care for his younger ones even if its little he gives to them atleast the respect given to him will be doubled, he should have atleast have a business idea in his mind, he should be pursuing his career and not galivanting around not knowing what he really wants to become. etc

He should have understood d concept of cash flow buying asset rather than liability. He should have realised he is on his own in dis life if he makes it it's for himself if he doesn't it's also for himself. He should have realised what real friendship is all about he should have realised his purpose and started working on it
