Most conflicts are resolved through diplomacy.

Whoever told that id*iot called, buhari, that his initial threat of using force was a bad idea, should be praised.

Alaibe is Able! However, President Buhari must take into consideration the Ethnic Texture of the Niger-Delta in the composition of the Amnesty office. A situation where the Head and all official apparachik is filled from Top to Bottom by one ethnic nationality, precisely the Ijaws to the detriment and discomfiture of other ethnic nationalities, particularly the Urhobos, Itshekiris, Isokos, Egbemas, Ikwerres, Ogonis, Ibibios, Egis, Ndokwas etc, will not solve the problem of economic militancy rather it will create a new hybrid group that may torpedo the entire game plan for PEACE in the region. A word is enough for the wise.

[quote author=Joel3 post=45986571]if I can recur clearly amnesty is not part of the Niger Delta Avengers list. they have made it clear to bring their Flag and Currency In October if those list are not meant. the FG is on the clock to decide before the ultimatum period elapsed. The Military war might still be an Option for Buhari the Militarist.

by the time Niger Delta raises their Flags and Biafra also Raise their Own by then the war will be a fruitless war for FG.

Nigeria production reduced from about 2.5 million barrels to about 1.5 million barrels.
many analyst believe that this NDA attack will increase the price of oil internationally.

one of the reason most oil producing nation will gladly want to sponsor NDA to continue their act. so that oil price could hit 100$ sooner. other countries with weaker and porous security might as well be attacked by sponsored of their militant to invade their oil communities.

anything that's works to increase oil price for the benefit of serious oil nation is welcome.

1, more supply is equal to less demand which will crashed price.

2, less supply is equal to more demand which will increased price.

Nigeria currently produces a mere 1.5 million barrels of Crude oil,the global oil production figure is about 97million barrels( https://www.iea.org/aboutus/faqs/oil/).That makes us account for roughly 2% of global oil.The theory does not add up when you consider global production.
First the insecurity is making investors run always due to production instability.
Even shell is cutting staff, the will be laying off more than 12000 workers at the end o the year due to oil prices( uk.mobile.reuters.com/article/idUKKCN0YG15K?irpc=932) due to weak oil price.America is the world highest producer, while Saudi Arabia is producing beyond its ratio in OPEC as it doea not want Iran and Isis to fill the gaps that was left by Iraq and Saria stability,Canada and America is extracting more oil from fracking.Even Uk has discovered more oil, analyst puts the figure at 100 billion barrels near Gatwick airport( uk.businessinsider.com/uk-oil-and-gas-investments-said-theres-a-100-billion-beneath-the-south-of-england-2015-4).This clearly shows that gaps created by Nigeria is reparable. If it wasn't the case international community would have called for an end of the activities of the militants. But this is not the case, as they have no interest at stake.
Nigeria is becoming less significant in the oil global economics, even Angola is a more stable oil producing nation and will soon over take Nigeria permanently. We simply cannot influence the price of oil
The best way to benefit from it is by consuming it directly.

Niger Delta militants have suddenly occupied very much space in the heart of the FG and winning much of her attention.

Buhari might soon have to regret his initial wrong moves made about the Niger Delta.

Sad, we might well be on the path of chaos with the militants not still giving in, military or no military.

RZArecta:
Alaibe contested APC governorship primaries with Timi Sylva, was coasting to victory when he was bullied out by Sylva and his gang. A situation which made even Oshiomole cry out and scamper from the stadium for safety reasons. The FG says Kingsley Kuku is a thief, if Alaibe is compensated with that position the Buhari led junta would have invited a bigger thief into the house. Now I understand where the Avengers came from.

God bless the Niger Delta

Who is to say you re not a thief yourself Mr Name caller.
