It was reported that the army started shooting at the protesters, injured some and killed at least 3. The ones in Asaba heard the stories from those calling in to RB to report it and they attacked the police van, car, etc. I'm assuming during the vandalizing of the cars exalted to something that resulted to the death of the police officers.
