I have pile, am passing blood den the most painful is the boils (but not realy boils) around my anusm I can't sleep again, can't even work normal, was cryng like a child throughout the nite. I have suffered for this too. Very painful experience.But it went without surgery. I was always on pain reliever and suppositories. Avoid hard meal like bread and eba. If possible,dont take sugary and pepery stuffs. Take plenty off fruits and vegetable. make sure your stool is always soft and try avoid constipation. You can use cold compress whenever in pain. You can also apply Garlic on the spot,it will be painful at first but you will be relieved.Most important thing is to change your eating habit and avoid hard stool. It's been three years i got my freedom from heamoroid.

Do not strain when defecating.
Drink lots of water.

Do as Sirvintagecock say, cucumber is my pally now. No to suggery stuffs. Water ur system alot. Avoid anything that gives u running stomach. Wen i went to UCTH, d doc said if thr blood, i shd drink pap only.

1.constant drinking of water.
2.eat natural foods more;veg. and fruits,local rice,beans regularly.they contain fibre.
3.take warm water first thing in the morning,it cleanses the stomach
4.very important,every morning go to toilet ,wait for at least 5 minutes cos it stimulates your colon to bring out poo(you don't need hard poo which mostly happens the more they stay in you.).start using water instead of tissue to clean your anus.
