A 45-year-old man was shot seven times in Brooklyn on Saturday evening after he had a scuffle with another guy on a party boat, police sources said. Victim Terrance Winston had been arguing with the other man on the Nautical Ninja party boat before the shooting, police sources said. “They couldn’t throw them off the boat so they made them stay on opposite sides,” a police source said.
