Not quite long I upgraded my Os from windows 8 to windows 10. Since then, I have been unable to shut down the system. I will have to press the power button for some seconds just to switch off the system. Am using dell inspirion 15 5000 series. Any idea on how to fix this issue will be very helpful. |

Close all active tasks and exit applications before trying to shutdown. I hope this helps. |
