Shocking footage has emerged of a bank manager in China smacking his employees in front of the whole company for not working hard enough. The boss of Shanxi Changzhi Zhangze Agricultural and Commercial Bank was seen flogging 8 of his employees four times each across the buttocks as their colleagues watched on.
