For what I ve done so far. As I said earlier that I ve been a guest to Nairaland for two years, it has opened my eyes and mind towards way forward. I ve done some of things other mamas here have done and are still doing.
1. I take folic acid, vit E, VitC, omega 3,6,&9 combo.
I ve used pregnacare conception.
2. Have used guifei bao last year 2015
3. Have been on weight loss diet.
4. Have taken plenty herbs cos of the fibroid
5. Planning on getting the castor oil massage therapy by next cycle.
6. Drinks water well during the day.
7. I pray always with a positive faith and finally handed it over to God cos I don't know what to do again as a human.

I'm even thinking of ivf but the money no be here as ttc has eaten deep into my pocket. I'm even pitying dh cos he has been and still there for me, always finding ways of making me happy. I told him for accepting me and my past, Almighty God must surely make him a father of children. It is well with me.

I want to start ds vit B6 for progesterone issues bt I don't want my luteal phase lengthened (I no dey for dt false bfp hopes again o, e no gud 4 my bori). Pls any oda one I can use dt doesn't lengthen?

Vit B6 will not lengthen so much to give you a false hope. Except where your luteal phase is really very short. You can use progesterone creams or Suppositories but they're costlier. The beauty of Vit B6 is that it gives other added benefits apart from progesterone. Healthy and increased Fertile CM and stress relief is part of the benefits.

This is my 5th month of marriage and i ve bee actively trying for 3 mnths. Last month i had pregnancy symptoms but af came when due (day 25) and i chalked those signs up to anxiety. But i noticed some tissue residue on my pad. This month, i had signs ( metallic taste, crampong, tiredness, tender breast) and period was late only for it to show up yesterday amist severe cramping and sighting of same tissue (not clots) . I am convinced i was pregnant but 4 some reason the baby did not stay. Has anybody had similar experience? . Can someone refer me to a good hospital that's not too expensive in abuja? thanks all

I'm very sorry for your baby. Sometimes it happens that signs of danger are mistaken for another pregnancy symptome. That's why it's so important to know what the early pregnancy symptoms really are.

It might have work for some people which i doubt because it couldnt be verified, it might still be those marketers lies. Beware and only someone going through wat am currently going through will understand my pain. to hell with those cheats, my God is able and i know my miracle will happen.
